CallCatch

Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 27, 2026

CallCatch ("CallCatch," "we," "us") provides a missed-call recovery service for service businesses. When a business misses a call, CallCatch texts the caller on the business's behalf, qualifies the job over SMS, and delivers a lead to the business. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: support@callcatch.io.

Information we collect

How we use information

We use the data solely to operate the service: to text callers back, qualify and deliver leads to the relevant business, send account and lead-alert notifications, process subscription billing, and maintain security. We do not use caller phone numbers for our own marketing.

SMS / messaging program

See the full SMS program disclosure at SMS & Consent. Consent: by calling a business that uses CallCatch, you consent to receive an SMS follow-up about your service inquiry from that business. CallCatch sends this transactional SMS on the business's behalf (for example, a follow-up after a missed call). The first message identifies the business by name and includes "Reply STOP to opt out." Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out stops messages for that business. We do not use this number for marketing.

We do not sell or share mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging and telephony providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages you receive.

Service providers

We share data only with vendors that help us run the service, under contractual confidentiality obligations: Twilio (voice and SMS), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Supabase and Vercel (database and hosting). We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Access is restricted and tenant data is isolated. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your choices

Callers can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Businesses may access, correct, or delete their account data, or request deletion of lead data, by contacting support@callcatch.io.
